Orders within Kuwait are typically delivered within 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

How long does delivery take for GCC and international orders?

GCC orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value please check at checkout for the latest offer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

What is your return policy?

Once we receive and inspect your return, processing takes up to 7 calendar days. The refund will then appear in your account within 20 days depending on your payment provider.
