Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged, and unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included
  • Please include all accessories, branded boxes, and cases that came with your order — failure to do so may result in a refund denial
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes and dust bags, placed inside a protective box during return shipping
  • Perfume products must be returned unopened, unused, and with the packaging seals intact
  • Altered products are not eligible for return
  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer's balance
  • Please exercise caution when trying on purchases—returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted

How to return your item:

  1. Place the item in suitable packaging, including any branded boxes, dust bags, or cases
  2. Send your return to: Maestro International Boutique, Salhiya Complex, M2, Kuwait

Refund Policy

Once our brand or partner boutique receives your return, processing may take up to 7 calendar days. Upon acceptance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds may take up to 20 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If eligible, a refund in the form of Maestro store credit is also available upon request. Once processed, the credit will be available in your Maestro account for future use.
